Yes I believe there was justice in the film Civil Action, because the company was forced to pay and reconcile the families in the end. At the beginning of the film the company was very confident and was positive that they were goig to win or at the most offer a settlement. John Travolta's character proved them wrong by actually caring about the families and giving them everything that he had, even his forclosure on his house, which led to justice being served for the families and community.
